Here’s a shot from a friend of mine, Ken, who toured Alaska with Holland America this past season. This is a tour on the White Pass Rail Road. It is a great way to see more of the stunning scenary found on a cruise to Alaska.

The sailing season for Alaska is from May to September. If you want the best prices, the best weather (as in the least amount of rain) and smaller crowds on the tours, book your cruise for the months of May or September!
